Even though this is obviously just some bullet points, some of them are terrific and funny. Remember that any woman you date, assuming she is healthy and of sound mind, wants to feel desired and appreciated for her efforts as well as what makes her stand out.
Try tossing in a few of these into your day-to-day interactions with any athletic, hard-training woman. Have fun when interacting with her and remember to protect her security so that she can feel like “Wonder Woman” (point # 13 in the article) yet also safe enough to allow her to surrender to you and be vulnerable in the good way.
It always is a fine balance, so keep yourself in as good a mental state as possible in order to show consistent inner strength. Any healthy-minded woman, athletic or not, should respect that trait and begin to open up in ways that allow both of you to enjoy each other’s company even more.
